When You Need Roof Insulation & Decking
Your flat roof feels spongy or gives way when walked on. Rooms directly below your flat roof are cold and difficult to heat. Rot or damp has weakened the timber joists and decking boards. You need to upgrade your flat roof insulation to meet current building regulations.
How We Do It
We strip back the failed roof membrane to expose damaged decking. We remove rotted timber and treat or replace joists as needed. We install high-grade OSB3 decking boards and rigid PIR insulation. We apply our watertight GRP or EPDM membrane over the new deck.
What to Expect
Decking and insulation renewals take two to three days depending on structural scope.
